What are Concurrent Connections?

Concurrent Connections are counted as the highest number of concurrently connected devices to the Amity Social Cloud servers during the month. Only the highest peak of the entire month is used to determine the overcharges when the free quota is surpassed. Going above the free quota multiple times during that month will not incur any additional charges as long as it is still below the highest peak recorded. Please note this counts devices, not users - if a user connects from two devices, this counts as 2 concurrent connections. This also includes when the users connect from a website and the tab is still open. We recommend connecting the user only when it is needed.
