Do I have an option to host Amity Social Cloud myself, and not use your cloud services?

No, Amity Social Cloud is a cloud-based solution and therefore cannot be self-hosted at the moment. The data is hosted on AWS and the location of the AWS server depends on the server region you selected when you create the Amity application. However, Amity Social Cloud is a white-label product, so you are able to customize it and brand it as you prefer. For our UIKit, you can use the Open Source version in order to achieve these brand customizations.
