Our upgraded Social Insights now provide faster research, improved analyze module accuracy, and enhanced sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis now also includes videos and images, with improved sentiment insight summaries and more user-friendly reports. Gain deeper insights and ensure clarity in your research with our new Social Insights!
Post as Brand Directly from the Console

Post as your brand on Console! Switch between personal and brand posts, upload a brand profile picture, and get an ‘official’ icon for brand posts to boost visibility and recognition.
Pin Posts in Community Feeds

We’re excited to introduce a new feature for community managers: the ability to pin and unpin posts within your communities. You can add up to 20 posts to the community's pinned collection, ensuring members have easy access to frequently referenced content. You can also feature critical posts at the top of the community feed, keeping it prominently visible for announcements or guidelines, perfect for high-impact content.
