Technical Product Manager

● Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Project Management practices and values to delight customers
● Collaborating with an effective team of business analyst, cross platform engineers and QAs that continually improve and deliver value to our customers
● Collaborate intimately with our product managers to combine functional and operational knowledge to design software that requires minimal training, without sacrificing functionality and compliance
● Responsible for developing a detail project plan with your feature teams to ensure the engineering pipeline is clearly communicated across the company;
● Cultivate a fun environment where people feel supported, encouraged to develop and have the opportunity to do the best work of their lives
● Working closely with others to form a team who are jointly accountable for the delivery and support of our products
● Ensure that our change management, release management and incident management processes is working effectively
● Take deliberate and calculated risks and experiment with our product development process to find ways to accelerate the creation of value for our customers and EKO
● Establish a structure of management, and peer feedback mechanisms for your team that supports high performance and personal and professional development
● Present feature specifications and best practices to internal stakeholders, customers, prospects and implementation partners
● Manage customer escalations and production issues, mitigating functional challenges and improving customer satisfaction

● You have at least 3+ years of experience as a technical Project Manager, Development manager, or implementation consultant, or business analyst in a fast paced cloud/software based environment

● Identifies, develops, and initiates innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist. Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Analyzes decisions and actions for their support of the larger area's strategic direction. Works with senior management to resolve more complex problems
● Highly motivated, self-driven and passionate about delivering great experiences
● Structured and efficient in planning and coordination of projects and sprints
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Expertise with various agile and software development tools (e.g. JIRA)
● Demonstrable history of leading various agile/scrum projects/SDLC projects for cross-functional and highly matrix organizations
● Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and a willingness to share the work we do across the organization
● A solid track record of addressing customer needs through the use of technology at scale
● Preferred - Have worked with chat applications like line, messenger or and chat SDK products.
