Service Engineer (Mobile)

About the role:

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing the maintenance and correction of products, directly impacting the customer experience.

Your Day to Day: 

  • Work together with the UX designer and business analysts/project managers to understand customer requirements.
  • Design solution architecture to solve the customer’s requirements based on Amity product suites and other external technology stacks.
  • Develop application (web or mobile) using the products' API and SDK according to customer requirement
  • Communicate with clients throughout the development and deployment phase
  • Work with operations team to deploy applications into the client's environment
  • Research and enable yourself on new technology that suits customer requirement
  • Provide constructive feedback to the product team on any possible product improvement

Your experience includes: 

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field would be desirable
  • 3+ years of programming experience with one of the following stacks:
  • NodeJS & ReactJS experience
  • Android App Development
  • iOS App Development
  • Rest API and Websocket Experience
  • Gitflow Experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills in both Thai and English language
  • Ability to communicate complex information in simple and clear terms to non-techie individuals 
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers and manage stressful conditions  
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Critical-thinker with attention to detail
  • Immaculate writing and communication skills with great attention to customer care
  • Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and off-office hour shift (occasionally)
