Customer Application Support

Access it all from any device, anytime. Eko is an award winning communication and productivity tool that empowers hundreds of thousands of people around the world to do their best work. Our platform combines chat, directory, task, and workflow into one easy to use application. Our system is built from the ground up to quickly process and deliver vast amount of data in real-time in order to meet our user's expectations in today's fast moving workplace.

You will:

  • Respond to application and technical queries from customers and prospects. Take action to resolve problems, troubleshoot, answer chat, and respond to emails
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step technical help
  • Assist with the usability and configuration of Eko services
  • Log and keep records of customer queries using ZenDesk and Google Spreadsheet
  • Handle inbound sales and customer enquiries
  • Make scheduled follow up with customers where necessary
  • Report defects or offer suggestions for product improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams such as Engineering to solve customer problems

We expect:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field would be desirable
  • Strong verbal and written skill in both Thai and English language
  • Ability to explain complex information in simple and clear terms to a non-tech customers
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers and handle stress
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills; Critical-thinker with attention to detail
  • Immaculate writing and communication skills with great attention to customer care
  • Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
