About the role:
As a Client Solution Professional on the Amity Bots team, you will be empowered to develop and grow methods and strategies to maintain client relationships, including client communication, report delivery, project management, and strategy development.
Your Day to Day:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on technical proposals and pitches to customers
- Put together technical cases (diagram, RFP, and proposals) for sales teams to support their proposals.
- Communicate with customers to devise effective solutions and gather requirements
- Ensure that the company’s services can meet the customer’s requirements
- Attend sales team meeting to support the technical discussion sessions
- Proactively respond to customers following proposal and information requests.
- Present proposals to customers
- Provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation.
- Initiate, coordinate, and implement proofs-of-concept with customers
Your experience includes:
- Bachelor's degree in the related field
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in any programming language
- Working experience in Pre-Sales and/or Technical Consulting
- IT solutions knowledge and presentation skill
- A team player with a positive attitude that fits our culture
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in the English language
